My name is Rodger Ludwigsen. I am a retired California Highway Patrol, (CHP) Officer, (ID 9485) with 27 years service in major cities and small towns. I've investigated very minor collisions to multiple vehicle collisions involving several deaths. I have also investigated and solved hit & run collisions of various types.

I've testified in civil litigation and criminal trials and have seen the stress that businesses have endured because little or no evidence was collected at the scene.

After talking with insurance companies and attorneys, this kit was developed using my training and 27 years of collision investigation knowledge.
